Our purchasing department is second to none. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions

FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping applies to orders over $250.00 and being shipped via UPS Home Delivery. All orders over 20 pounds are subject to Delivery Fees.

WEATHER RELATED DELAYS
We cannot guarantee USPS delivery times or be held responsible for reimbursement of shipping charges due to weather related conditions.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
If a package is returned to IronAngelRoadwear.com or delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.



Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

RETURN POLICY
You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 14 days of purchase. We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if your not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back. No returns will be accepted without written authorization and a Return Authorization Number (RMA) from us in advance. All original packaging must be returned also. All returns subject to a 15% restocking fee and any freight. We will not make any credit adjustment or replacement on any unauthorized return. Please contact us for information on returning a product before you return anyting.

DAMAGED GOODS POLICY
Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier
